CFPC is doing a trial run with an app called Sugar WOD.  This app not only lets you to see the WOD and track your progress, it also allows you to track your benchmark WOD’s and max lifts.  If you would like to give the app a try dowload- SugarWOD on your phone and add CrossFit Pincher Creek as your home gym.  We would love some feedback over the next couple of weeks to see if this is going to be a good fit for our gym!

CFPC is hosting Festivus again this year!! This time it is mixed partners, grab your favorite workout buddy and get signed up!
