Yoga WOD (Workout Of The Day)

 Yoga is known for improving flexibility and building strength through a series of dynamic moving postures.
Here at CrossFit Pincher Creek, we use the elements of Ashtanga Yoga and combine it with other mobilizing techniques such as foam rolling and trigger-point therapy to help improve human function.

 Whether we are looking to improve how we perform day-to-day activities or athletic performance, Yoga WOD is a great class to come into and work on your business. We all have a biography of past injuries and improper movement patterns.  

 By attending Yoga WOD regularly you are sure to see a tremendous benefit in how you perform physically as well as mentally, especially if you use this class in conjunction with CrossFit or any of our other classes.
