A. 3x 2 min your choice + 20 band pull aparts + 5 ring swings + 3 Transitions
B. 10 min EMOM – 30 sec HS walk practice
C. 20 min EMOM
1- 1-2 Ring muscle up
2- 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS @ 80%
D. Accumulate 1 min in wheel
